eBay! 175, search spec-d projector headlights xj, people I bought from was k2motor, I had a problem with one headlight, the shipped me a new one same week with a prepaid shipping label to send the old one back!
The light bar was 150, just search light bar 24 inch and I bought mine from mototekc it shipped fast, but they never updated the shipping info, so when it arrived about 5 days after I ordered I was fairly surprised!
I am putting an HID kit in the projector housings so I can have the white light to match the rest of light!
If y'all want, I can even fabricate a bumper similar to mine!
I also made custom aluminum bumper nuts cuz the stock ones cracked.... And I couldn't tighten up my bumper!

The police light comes in handy on some of the back roads and fields in my area. Only slight downside to it is that it sticks out a bit, but not any further than my tires do. And originally I didn't like the white or the tan interior when I looked at buying it, but it was really clean for a Canadian 99 XJ, and only $450. It's since grown on me and I like the combination lol.
This was in November when I bought it, posing with the tires that are on it now (after I pulled the flares):

It's a 99 fully loaded Limited. It was hit in the right front which broke the flare, bent the bumper, tore off the lower control arm mount, and set off both airbags, then sat for 2 years. I got it with the intentions of swapping all that out so I wasn't bothered. Just took a fuel pump and ignition coil from my parts XJ and it fired right up and passed emissions after a week of driving.
It seems no one in my area wants a non running XJ, so they tend to sell cheap (had also bought a 98 2dr 5spd XJ for $300 (took an ECM to run) for no reason other than it was cheap lol.
