I saw this before on a Chinese website about cars. Apparently it was a factory option or something. Carsnewschina or something like that had it in a picture but that was really it. Nothjng else and I haven't tried looking for it. I do like the placement though

I believe I saw that ladder on e-bay a while back. For some reason the guy could not climb onto the tire so he made a ladder.
Here is another idea...

Top looks like it's attached to the rain gutters, would snap off like a dry twig if you put a foot on that ladder.

You can throw a step ladder in the cargo area if you think you ever need to go up on the roof.

I have a full size roof rack, 48" x 72" and can access all points by standing on rock sliders, rear tires, and Smittybuilt 'beaver step' in hitch.

That came from the China factory. I like the raised roof. I doubt any of them made it's way to the states.

Nice cargo area, love the bottle opener, , do you remember where you got the netting? (the THIN netting between the cargo area and back seat)

Sweet, my 96 has door pins instead. The bumper opener is for public use, since I am on the beach a lot. And the jeep is set up for it. Shower in the roofrack. Campstove and pans, cantilevered table. Lots of up-travel in the suspension and progressive bumpstops for going fast and jumping camelhumps.

That is a 'cargo net envelope' from the wife's Chevrolet Uplander mini-van. Many of them should work. Look for a used one for $10 or so.

I might have to get that to 'decorate' my rig. It would go with the expedition style but might get hung up on stuff. I already lost the passenger mirror to trees .
