Just remember that there is more to water proofing your jeep then just a snorkle. However I think they look bad *** and are the best cold air intake any body could ever do

your dad may think its ugly but trust me, im sure he would rather think your jeep is "ugly" than see you end up hydro locking the motor because you sucked up water

I've now hydro locked my truck twice and the 2nd time was the last time the 4.0. If you play in mud get one. And don't cheep out ARB makes one hell of a product.

Looks are good for the mall but won't help you on the trail.. Function is what is most important and snorkels serve a good function if water/deep mud is a part of your wheeling adventures

just so you guys know, i am in school for this ****...it takes WAAYYYY less than a half a cup of water to hydro lock....fluids (CAN NOT) be compressed (no matter how strong your metal is!!!) they will bend metal...injectors only SPRAY fuel into a cylinder to burn for your power stroke...so here is a picture to put your father's "ugly" tantrum at ease....a new and (hydro locked) damaged piston rod.. it may only be part of what you need to do...but DO IT!!!
