No prob,, I wanted ppl to see that the Truck-lites are good. But when the temps drop to the 20's and it is snowing heavy wet snow, The snow will accumulate on the T/L then the build up. They seem to do fine when the snow is super cold dry flurries, just not real heavy wet freezing snow.

There is one JK jeep in town, he has the truck lites> I asked how they are doing and he said ok could be better. We started to talk about how his T/L seemed to keep snow off. We came to the conclusion that the shape of the JK headlights is what is helping. His lights are the round convex shape and the wind helps push the snow off. But the Cherokee has a sunk in square headlight bucket, the wind cant help push the snow off the lights.

JK headlights are convex

The Cherokee kinda has concave headlights no where for the wind/snow to go. Plus the no heat output doesn't help.

I can also attest to how awesome these lights are. I bought a set about a year ago and have always loved them as my favorite mod.

They throw the light where it needs to be and makes night driving way more fun. I've had good experience with them in all weather. The way they light up road signs is another great thing.

They were totally worth the money for me because of how they perform.

And what happens when you rain-X the polycarbonate lenses on those for the snow?

Let me know if that helps any.

He already tried that...no bueno, LOL

BTW, I just picked up a set from a private party, for a decent price...once I get them and get them installed I will post my results on use. Might be a while as I'm installing a stroker motor ATM, but I'll post results as soon as I can...

Replacement relay is a 4136, found at most auto parts stores.

That's why I ordered the harness that I did.............
You can find those relays virtually anywhere........Those relays on the Putco harness are difficult to find, unless you get spares online...

The 4136 is the Putco replacement and is available at any parts store.
