Default tube fenders?

i recently put a set of 32x11.5 MT/Rs on my xj with 3.5 inches of lift and offset rims ( not sure the offset as they came on it.)
my tires stick out a solid 4 inches past the cut fender wells in the front and once the rears are trimmed will stick out back there as well. which is a huge NO NO is PA . being a CJ guy as my intro to jeeps i love flat flares and tube flares but cant afford a set of BW. i do however have access to a nice welder and some fab tools. i was hoping someone has made these before who has some pictures and possibaly their dimentions or cad work for them. if not ill have to start from scratch with some cardboard.
i searched around on here some and didnt see what i was looking for

I made a temporary set for the front of my rig, not pretty but does the job. Keep in mind living in pa, flares cannot exceed 3", however if they are permanently attached to the fenders/unibody (not screws) they are then considered apart of the fender. Check out "jeep tubes" they have tube flare sets reasonably priced

Ok thanks guys. I'm not real concerned about the 3" thing. I have a feeling I'm less likely to get pulled over for that then the 5" of tire hangin out lol. Ill check out those ones y'all mentioned and ask around on some other forums if anyone has made their own and then start some cardboard cut outa next week or so.
