what cable is this?!?!

So I was taking off my throttle body and snap! It broke its not the throttle cable but the other one! Here's pics
Jeep is A 91 5 speed 4.0

Yes you do, that is the cruise control servo right there in the picture.

It's the button at the end of the blinker/wiper arm. I didn't know until I was messing around with the button down the highway lol

thanks. i bought my jeep with an aftermarket steering wheel so i thought the buttons were gone.
