why does the other party want to sell it????? Remember it's a one of a kind since it has been modified? unless a boatload of potential buyers are standing around it, I would not be too anxious. the wait might get you a better deal.(after you know all the good as as well as any bad concerning the vehicle.)

id say not a penny over 2500... reason being is these jeeps are a dime a dozen.. this thing seems to be in pretty decent shape though plus you got the new motor and trans.

I would agree with most of the other posters. Don't go over 2500. It sounds like the jeep has or had an overheating problem. You need to look into this and make sure the head isn't cracked etc. Also how long has it been lifted and what did he use it for? Some drivetrain and suspension parts could have major wear. Also make sure you check for rust in the floorboards and under rockers, seeing that he rhino lined it, he might have rhino lined right over some rust to cover it up. Its alsways iffy buying an already lifted rig. You never know where it has been or what has been done to it and the shortcuts to get it there. Just do your homework and don't rush into it.

what makes you think it has had an overheating problem? also you bring up some very good points i checked for rust on the body, frame, and floorboards there was pretty much none and I also checked wear and tear on the whole underside including suspension and lift components and nothing looked very worn or abused...it has been this guys daily driver and he ocasionally took it off road but not regularly and it has only been lifted for a little over a year...the suspension is tight and it rides pretty good for being lifted and the suspension doesnt sag....hope this helps...i was thinkin 2500-2700 he is asking 3000 but said he could neg. a little on it so i was thinkin 2500-2700

Looks like time to ditch the add a leaf and get some full leaf packs. deduct that few hundred bucks from the price.

i have to agree with warthog on this one. always a little wary on already modded vehicles, you never know where they cut corners.
and also always wary about a rig thats already been wheeled, you really dont know just how badly they beat the **** out of it. with this one the fact that it has a new motor and trans, and the other problems hes listed, makes it seem like hes beat the hell outta it. so id say you really need to check it out thoroughly, and if its alright id say no more then 2500
