I currently do that stuff for a living since I do everything in the dealership shop lol.

I absolutely hate fix a flat. It makes everything sticky and hard to do.

Just a couple short self tappers. Worked better then I thought

You could also put a piece of wood over the headliner for the screws to fo into.

I've actually seen people use ping pong paddles over the headliner and mount the CB to them as well.

Emailed Jeep and got the build sheet for my xj and found out a couple useful things. Mine has the normal duty suspension, aw4 tranny and 3.55 gears. Gonna have to get underneath to see which transfer case I have though but I'm happy.

Today I prayed that my Jeep would run without dying long enough to get to work.... after some trouble, it did.

On the way home here in Houston, I saw a fellow XJ (bad a$$ XJ) pass by me (1960 @ 45) and we threw up the deuces as he passed. I love the XJ family that we have here... feels like owning a motorcycle again! Makes me wonder if he's a member here.

Yup,command track was listed, just wasn't sure which it was. Admittedly I'm a bit of a noob. I'm definitely learning alot about my baby though. Thanks stryker.
