I took mine out along with the cruise control. I am not sure that would fly on your 95, I think they have a vacuum powered fuel pressure regulator.

You had to know it was kinda soft right? It looks like it from here. I would have loved that. Hammer down and make a mess.

My buddies torches and a ball joint press made the job go quick. I also spent a good amount of time with a die grinder w/ wire wheel on the knuckles and calipers before I painted everything with black caliper paint (good to 500 degrees).

One of the rotors that I got ended up being defective. When I tightened the lugs it would freeze the wheel like the breaks were depressed. I just slapped the old rotor on until I can get back to Advance for a new one.

By the way, the ball joints were causing the front end to wander / swerve a bit when I would let off gas. I thought it was the gear box or the brakes but the ball joints solved the problem.

Ball joints suck! It definitely goes much better with two people and beers. I can't imagine how long it would have taken without torches and a ball joint press... And my buddy who's an expert backyard mechanic.

Installed my new (to me) 97-01 fuel rail that I got at the junkyard, brought back down to bare metal, and repainted with duplicolor metalcast.

I was gonna do the neon injector swap but the injectors weren't long enough to reach the holes in the intake manifold.... Any ideas on how to make them fit?
