Continued working on my floor pans. The pass pan is welded in and ready for paint. Started on the drivers side today. Grinding down rust, finding more holes, and cutting up sheet metal.

After its been sitting in my back seat for about a month, I finally got around to installing the receiver I got from Craigslist. Only two complications: 1) I guess I have to find another way to secure the tailpipe. The spot where two bolts held it down has been covered up by the receiver bracket. 2) The receiver pushes the bumper up a little, so I can't seem to line up the top two bolt holes. The bumper is being held on by only the two bottom bolts. I'm not too concerned; I'm searching for a replacement bumper, anyway. I like the way it came out. Looks like it's always been there.

In addition to my post earlier (Here, if anyone cares lol), I got a wave from one of the two local Comanchees I know of. Also bought another of those wire shelves and put it on top so my sub is caged. One day, I'll get the steel mesh I want and do it right.

That shelving seems to work pretty well... And in true jeep fashion: ability over appearance!! Haha.. Quite clever, though! Kudos!

Haha thanks. It matches my cardboard bedlining. The sub is screwed into the bench with brackets, but the shelving is just held with a piece of twine run behind the sub and tied to each end of the shelf. When I put the second one on top, I angled it so it's resting on the edge of the first shelf and flush with the top of the bench. It's tied to the first shelf with twine. Very complicated, but I hope I didn't get too technical
Oh, total cost: $15. And my toolbag bounced back when I tossed it against the cage, so it should be good for driving.

Got the valve cover put back on. Cleaning more than five years of caked on oil, sludge, and dirt for a clean surface is not fun.

Forgot to mention: I think it's done leaking now. I hope it is anyways.
Getting the title notorized and the lien lifted tomorrow, so I can get a tag and actually drive it legally.

Started building a wiring harness for lights this weekend, not bad. Also decided to rewire the electric fan to clean it up, why did i never label all the wire? spent a good hour tracing wires that I forgot

edit: oh yea installed 98 console into a 95. Now I dont have to deal with junk getting in the way of my ebrake and cup-holders that dont suck
