Default what did you do to your jeep today

spent 4hr attempting to adjust & repair electric door locks, jeep now no longer locks electically. person who owned jeep before i got it broke 1 door key in drivers door & other key in rear hatch so replaced locks (after rekeying@ $40) lucking out, i got both drivers side, pass., & hatch locks from same salvage yard jeep. what a pain in the --- but the jeep can now be parked on the sreet with some measure of security(very little, as i would rate difficulty of XJ entry about 3 on a scale of 10 with 10 most difficult). don't leave any dimes in the console. merry christmas from colorado

"They just need to drop the weight on the front bumper."
"It would go right through the bumper, and the entire front end. There's nothing stable in front of the engine/axle, and once it impacts there, there's no leverage."
"The bumper is stable. If it wasn't, it wouldn't be sold that way. It's attached to the frame!"
"There is no frame. It's a unibody."
"There's no separate frame, but there is a frame, and it's just as strong as a normal one."

This went on for about 10 minutes...
Seen this one also a while ago lol

Default Finally!

It isn't much but on a very limited budget finally managed to install some meats and lift. Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac 15" and a 3" Rough Country lift kit.

Added some reverse lights so I can see better didn't put a switch up front simply because it is illegal. May route a sneaky one in but for now it is what it is. Going to definitely add a rear switch so these can act as rear work lights. My mom knows me too well, fresh honey baked ham sandwich!

One of my headlights had a hole in it from a rock, and I did angry eyes for a couple months til I replaced them. Now it's out of my system and I'm happy I can see at night again. I say go for it. You can take it off or replace them if you don't like it.
