Welded back on my top driver door hinge. And going back out after I warm up ( high 36 today) to see what else I can get into.

I borrowed a flux core to do the job and it was my first time ever using one so after playing on scrap for about 30 mins then I did the door

All three sides look like that I didn't take any pics while the fender was off so this is the best pic I could get. But while I have his welder time to go get the material for some sliders. Lol

I pulled the front drive shaft out and that made my vibration go away. Looks like its time to replace the u-joints. The slip yoke seems a little worn to me. Is this a normal problem or do I need to be looking at a new drive shaft?

Today I put some gas in her. Also redid the wires in the driver door. Only respliced, dielectric and crimp connected them until I have a full day to pull the door and run new wires and solder.

Also wanted to hardwire my inverter but it was way to cold out and dealing with wire insulation at these temps is a pain. I'll handle that another day at Least I have my driver speaker again

Just the basic 4 inch HID off-road lights sold at Oreillys. I get them at store cost so I figured I would try them.
