Finished up the control arm bushing replacement. Learned many things, like using a "come-along" to position the axle. Now to finish the driveway alignment and center the steering wheel.

No, I don't lick fish.
watched it in the rearview mirror sitting in the driveway almost out of gas as I drove off in my wife's truck to go to work....

Got the gaskets for the head, A little upset that i purposely bought Felpro expecting quality like I've had in the past, and got paper and cardboard gaskets. also got a bit set that I thought had security torx like advertised. but it did not. oh well. the fun starts on Saturday with replacing my head gasket.

You make a good point.
I have just recently retired a pair that I've had since I was in the 9th grade because I wore them out... but, I figure 11 years out of a pair of shoes ain't to bad.
I replaced them with the shoes that I have on my feet right now. They're certainly not the same quality but they're comfy.
Oh yeah, I put a tarp over my Jeep so the seats won't be wet when I to the ride this weekend.

Really like it, I'd like to see what it would be like above the axle too.
Did you have a plastic box or something similar around the camera to protect it?
Also, it seems that the camera is getting mud on it but nothing stays on the lens, did you do anything, like treat it with something so nothing would "stick" to it?
Would really like to see how the camera was mounted and how you made the mount!

I painted the bottom and around the fender wells. Used hammer on paint and clear coat will do until I have time and money for full paint job.
