I think you should too! It will give it some contrast so it doesn't look like it just ran through a milk bath.

I got the only on a jeep sticker off ebay. I pm'd a sticker maker on there and he did it up for me. I have one in orange as well. He still post them on there every now and again, just search for it. My wife hates it, I love it. Its awesome to be at a light and look in your rear view and people are lol at it.

The black herculiner does make a world of difference. I was hesitant at first but I said wth. I think it turned out pretty good. I picked mine up from Checkers for like $9, I did use the spray on. For the time being 1 can did both the front and back. I didn't want to put that many coats on until I see how it holds up. Just make sure you do all the proper prep work.

Let me make sure I know the prep work properly....Clean it thoroughly with a nice solvent then sand it and rough it up a bit? I think I may need to actually sand it down really well and prime it since the rear one has some bare metal spots with surface rust..

Yea just clean it and sand it down. You actually do not have to primer with this stuff. You can put it directly on bare metal if you choose.
I am going to go get another can and do the bottom of my rear quarter panels today. Hopefully being black will hide those three holes better.

Check out jonb8's Jeep. Don't know if it's Herculiner, but same idea.

Didn't really get any good before pics..kinda wanted to get the prep done and get started so really wasn't fishing around for the camera at the moment.

Looks like before is all said and done I will probably take the trim off and go ahead and do everything below that as well. Opinions?
Just FYI: I picked mine up at Advance for a little bit cheaper today, seemed like it was on sale.
