Picked up my axles--the good news is , they do in fact have 4:10 gears. The bad news------The front axle has seen some major air time!!!!! Its bent BADDDDDDD. The gears are so far ok, and i'll swap them into my current axle as i have in the last year fed it new seals, new bearings etc. Sorry no pics yet (i'm still working on my computer skills) old dog learning new tricks! Will try to master it and keep posted my progress. I did manage to pull down the new to me rear diff. and put new seals in it today, but ran out of daylight. plans are to get after it again tuesday weather allowing.

Pulled my buddies two wheel drive xj out of a mud hole then showed him how it was supposed to be done. 2 wheel drive and skinny pedal with mud tire fun. I think he learned his lesson about high way tires in any amount of the mud clay mix of crap we have around us here.

Mid 90s Chrysler Lebaron or New Yorker turbos. They can be picked up at nearly any JY.

DOn't use those gears. If they came from a bent axke they could still be tweaked just enough to cause problems!

installed fuel pressure regulator, rear downstream o2 sensor(f'n 01) and pondered pulling out the whole exaust system and running small diameter dual exaust(2 1/4 from the down pipe to ONE cat to double as a "H" pipe to maintain torque and 1 7/8 out) like old hot rodders did on their 50-60's sixes with split manifolds, since in 01 they are split. also, aside from adding a trans cooler, is there any good place to add a trans temp gauge in the AW4 tranny case?

yeah man, take care of your woman before your jeep. good luck getting sex from your jeep...

...anyways, just put some weather stripping on the doors and filled my windshield washer fluid. no my airbag light is on..idk why but my horn recently stopped working and the fuse is good but its a 25amp so idk if i melted some wires behind the wheel and if the air bag wires just happened to melt too idk..wild guess
