What did you do to your Cherokee today?
Changed the oil/filter and fuel filter in the '99
Changed the oil/filter, fuel filter, wiper blades, and got plates for the 'new to me' '92
Got somebody to buy the carcass '94 next Saturday. Somebody is getting an 8.25 rd and HP d30 with it, and lots of interior. Best $400 yet!
Put my Hauler up for sale on Craigslist. I'll be sorry to see her go, but my 5'x8 trailer will haul more stuff.

I broke the tip of the oil dipstick today!. I always check oil levels before a trip, and today after I cleaned the tip and put it in back out the tip broke at the line where the "full" sing is. PLEASE HELP ME! Can I drive the Jeep like that. Or is there any risk of damaging pistons with the tip that is left in the dipstick tube???
No, I don't lick fish.
Replaced the flasher a couple of weeks ago and the turn signals were still staying steady on instead of blinking... but the 4 ways were working fine... decided to do a little investigating and realized there are 2 flashers.... one for the 4 ways and one for the turn signals.... did a quick little swap and they're workin' great.
Then I decided to research which bumstops to get so I check my current ones to see what lenght they were.... yeah they're NUBS! Apparently the OE ones deteriorated and fell off... so I'm thinkin a replacement pare at 3" or so will do fine. I think I'm going to rid the fender flares of the centermost bolt to keep them from tearing up my side lugs at flex.
Still have to figure out what I'm going to do about the shackle situation.

Walked out to a low tire. Noticed while airing it up I got a hunk of roof flashing in it. The kicker...my apartment complex had people working on the roof of my building this week. I guess when throwing crap down they didn't clean up well enough. Now I gotta figure out if I should fight the apartment/roofing company to pay for it. I have a road hazard warranty on them but don't think I should have to pay anything for a new Duratrac since it wasn't something i did. They should of used a parking lot magnet to clean up after themselves.

BTW- when you get the tire replaced, keep the old one and get it patched. It would be a good fullsize spare if you dont have one

Already asked about that. They keep it. Otherwise I'd put it on my spare rim I have. Lol.
