I didnt. I got new bulbs cuz my bulbs were blown. Then I got the off road lights cuz I didnt have any fog lights since the factory front bump was gone and in using a 79 VW bus bumper see thats my bumper

I bought a pressure washer and use it once a week on the jeep and it never fully ever comes off I swear you have to disassemble every connector and suspension component and take the engine out coat everything in a penatrent/ degreaser and then pressur wash

I see so many XJ owners who have removed the stock wheel flares.
It's so easy to re-use the old ones. Snap off all the 10 mm head nuts. Remove the metal backing pieces. Drill out the spot welded studs. Insert new 1/4" bolts and weld the bolt heads to the backing pieces. Clean and paint them and re-install with new nuts. Make sure you use anti-seize to make them easy to remove later if you have to.
I've done two sets that way.

Didn't do anything to my Jeep per say but I did get a rear drive shaft for my C8.25, a electric fan, the front passenger axle shaft and (for fun) a steering wheel out of a 1994 XJ. Best part was it was all free!
