What did you do to your Cherokee today?

Hey guys,
yea I am new to the forum. So first. How can I start a thread. I have no idea.
My main question right now is about my 1999 XJ.
I am about to drop a 3" lift in it (already bought it) and I am thinking about ditching the stock rims for some that I found from a friend. So will the Rims from a 2006 Wrangler (18") fit. I have been doing some research and it looks like they still have the 5X4.5 pattern and then fro 2007 on it went to the 5X5 pattern.
Anyone have any experience with this/ know if this will work out.

Finally got a 1/2" to 3/8" adapter for my socket set and checked the oil in the front diff. It was at the level 
Then I wire brushed the diff and axle and painted them black - then painted other parts of the underside, well I was bored

Washed Her, For the last time. Topped off all her fluids. Cleaned her inside. Put the rearview mirror back on finally after it being off for a year. Put air in the tires, Armoralled it. Sorta. Took my tools and straps out. And hugged it. My best friend is coming to buy it in an hour. For 1k. Sad sad day. But Now i cant wait to buy and build a bad *** XJ while im in tampa for the summer!!!!

Was out at a park to take some "save the date" pics with the fiance and my friend and of course found some way to enjoy the day.
Worse part, my girl had doubts my jeep could make it up at first. just wish i had front sway discos, would have been better
