Ordered the black Runcool Hood Louvers (vents) from Quadratec with FREE shipping. Going on a silver XJ with black trim so I think it'll look good and hopefully get rid of some heat soak.

Those are my favorite louvers but they are rediculous when it comes to price.

Yeah they are pricey but I think they look so much better than anything else. I got them for 149.99 with free shipping. Would've been more like $170 shipped if I didn't call to order and ask. I'm still at stock height right now so hopefully it won't look dumb.

What did I do to my Jeep today, Well I did a few things .

I put my NAXJA Member Decal on it

Took a pic of my Spartan Locker.

Sanded an put on the first coat of black paint on The header panel that came in the mail, Tomorrow I will Sand some more and add a 2nd coat of paint .

Sanded/ Applied the first coat of paint on the P/S fender that I have been meaning to paint since I bought the XJ in November.

I had also removed the Syn rope on my winch so I could run the the rope through the hawse like it should be.

(I took the locker out of the package an started to assemble it to show my wife how it goes together )
