Too late, I was following the guide from rocklizardfab
http://www.rocklizardfabrications.co...ock_mounts.htm
I got the holes drilled and was gonna cut the holes only to realize I have no more cutoff wheels and my drill its dead.
My plan isnt to use that guide to a tee but just as a guide. Im going to make some heavy duty mounts out of 1/4 inch steel plate and weld it in place of the shock mount and then im gonna run some bigger bolts with some spacers to keep the bar pin.

Cranking speed and start time was getting longer and longer. Was not sure of weakening battery, bad connections etc. Connections checked, solid and clean. Battery stress tested, very good shape. Then next evening the Peep wouldn't crank. Fresh Starter Motor, Bosch, 2 years and 80000miles, (pooched but not stranded, whacked it with a breaker bar couple times to get her going). Was bought new so lifetime warranty. No charge, not even install fee! Shawn's shop and APC standing behind what they sell. Not sure I'm impressed with the Bosch, bought new to prevent the reoccurance and max reliability but very impressed with the service. Thank you Shawn! Cranks very strong now. 558100 km, whoda thunk the Peep could outlast warrantied parts. Das auto my #$s, Bosch marketting obviously doesn't know XJ's!
