well for me the jks are more creature comfort than ever before. but i do like them with the hard-top. the new pentestar v6 seems like its got great power from all the videos ive seen. never driven one. but i have priced them out. with a 6spd ac and roll up windows in a ruby trim level it would be a sweet ride.
but here's the problem. i dont know if i could take a 30k vehicle o/r and fvvck it all up. hell i dont even like doin that with my xj.lol. but it is my dd and its more of a i cant afford breakage... but any way. i refuse to hate something just because its owners dont wave to us. so what... pull up ur big girl thongs and suck it up cupcake.lol.
yes its rude...but they look at us in a highway driving world. not a o/r world. they see us driving old heeps not even realizing the the cherokee was one of the first suv's produced that was a capable offroad vehicle.
i think the electronic discos is pretty cool...and almost all of u would buy a kit for ur own rig if it was affordable...so dont hate...lol.
all in all....i would love to have a rubi edition if i could afford it. (period). but i still wouldn't give up my xj. i love my truck. there is alot of flexing on here about this topic and most poeple are like "yeah me too,jk's suck!" mean while theres a want for one or there is one sitting in their driveways.lol
all im saying if u like them keep it real...dont be fake...admit u like them. i do not like any of the soccer mom jeeps... but they were made for women. and thats cool.
Jeep = true,tried,and being real.
flame-on.haha. i've got thick skin. but tis my op.
piece.

transfer case seal/fluid change, both diff fluid changes, swapped out the windshield wiper mechanism and steering column, only because my ignition wouldn't rest on the accessory power all the time. now all is good.

Ended up getting some PM stuff done this weekend with even more lined up for next weekend. I just bought it so as with all the "previously enjoyed" cars that I buy I change everthing as soon as I can.
-Oil Change
-Spark Plugs
-Coolant Flush
-195* Theromstat
-Water Pump
-Serp. Belt
-Valve cover gasket (Killed two birds with one stone, made sure my head wasn't cracked and fixed a light oil leak)
-Air Filter
-Fuel System cleaner
-Throttle Body Cleaner
-Transmission Filter and 4 qts of new fluid (That dipstick tube is a headache)
Next weekend Ive got drain and fills to do on the front and rear diffs and the transfer case. I also think im going to drop the oil pan to make sure my "tick tick tick" is a lifter and I dont have pieces of piston skirt floating around. Maybe ball joints...IDK if i'll have time lol.
