Hey does anybody on here know a way to open the hood without the pull handle? The latch mechanism broke under the hood and the handle won't open it. I tried removing the grill and the headlights but I couldn't get to the hood. Does anyone know another way?

My bonnets got a big hole in it from a grinder giving it a go to open it if that helps

Gave her a nice wash after going through a field, found places by the rear bumper where mud was kept that I never checked before!

Forgot to add the pic, my dad's 89' yj is on a rc 4.5 full leaf lift with 33" bfg km2s. Makes my xj look like a station wagon sadly
