attempted the doorless mod yesterday. Big freaking mess. 20+ wires on the drivers side.

i need manual doors so bad...

also had a local JY quote me a price on a set of GC door jam plugs... Anybody wanna guess?

Just get the connectors out of a zj door cut the wires & but connect them to it theirs a write up for it some where

i know this. this is why i was at the jy. guy quoted me $150 for a set.

Use weather pak connectors, ive done it this way, it works fine.

Finished sand blasting my j20 steering box. Cant wait to get the new gasket kit. Today I think I'll try and cut some metal for frame support. Not sure if I should just buy it it make it. Down the road I'd like to do the ram assist mod to th j20 box but for now I'm happy with just the box.

Yea. He said to cut the plugs out i would ruin an entire dash harness and both door harnesses. So i would have to pay for them. Get this, he originally said, $250 but since he likes me he'd cut me a deal. Then said $150. Ha!

And explain on these weather pak things?? Link?

There just waterproof connectors you can custom order with the number of pins you need. I get em at jegs or summit. They have universal ones in stock.

http://www.weatherpack.com/they also sell door jamb tacks if you wanna do it that way.
