Also, I had to do this in 100 freaking degree heat...especially fun when the rod for the jack doesn't want to lock in properly

No not yet i've got to save money to front axle parts but when I regear the front I will probably get a spartan locker and upgraded shafts at the same time

Just curious...why did you go with a Dana 35 over a Chrysler 8.25 or something bigger like a Dana 44? (I'm assuming you didn't go with a d44 because of the budget)
