Replaced the headlight switch and melted harness on the '93........WHAT A PITA! was a little easier once i removed the gauge panel. made a little more access....headlights come on now though!

The front was easy, but the bumper wraps around to the wheel well. I shaved alot off the flare and little off the bumper. It was a hassle. At least they cover up my crappy cutting.

Tried to recharge the A/C but found out the compresser don't work. So I recharged the ZJ's A/C instead.

New valve cover gasket & idler pulley & belt.....still squalls when I turn with the a/c on:-/

This is my cowl after my hood decided to be best friends with the windshield.

Went to pick n pull, got a new cowl cover, painted, installed.

Turns our my hood is more warped than meets the eyes. Time to bust out the dremel and shave off part of the plastic so my hood can open freely...too poor to buy a new hood.

Flying hoods suck man. Lucky thats all you have to deal with. making mods are fun though. Do something crazy

Finally got around to resurfacing my headliner. I removed the old fabric and foam from the fiberglass board, coated it with 3M Professional Grade rubberized coating, then gave it a personal touch with some half-full cans of spray paint I had lying around... Not too shabby for a $12 headliner!
