Every base I've been to (Army) has a self-service auto shop stocked with lifts and tools. You pay a cheap hourly rate to use it ($4/hr here).

I do too but if its caked in mud about an inch thick, those pressure washers come in handy. Especially for the underside.

I'd be cautious with that. My friend used to do the same thing, the extra detergents can harm the pan/ clog

I bought a pressure washer for the 8 bucks in quarters I was spending at the car wash every time I wanted to play in the mud
