Hooked me to a local dealer and they delivered to my door the same day.
Don't forget this tool for the lower tranny cooler line!! It's '3/8in' ..... Oh, and Torx bits too. You should get a new thermostat and a new serp belt and do it at the same time. I got a 160 degree.....running tons cooler

Put new front speakers in, which sound great. Wasn't expecting to have to drill new holes, but still a pretty easy job, confused on how to remove door lock bars, must have bent them in both doors since they won't lock now... X-(

Washed it by driving in the rain with no doors. Now the mud has washed off I can see the hinges again. Measured for flex a bit, fronts are 27" min extended 19" min compressed. One of my rear shock is 24" min extended but I haven't compressed it yet though so I'm not sure how small.

Finally got my windows tinted.
I went with 10% in the heat reflective kind. This stuff really works! Love it!
This stuff is a little thicker than the normal kind and has a metallic property to it. It even made the cab a little quieter.
Here is a before and after:

After an hour of cursing, yelling, and 3 cigarette breaks, the door locks finally work again. Able to muscle off those black and yellow clamps that hold the door lock bars onto the panel, bent them back into place, broke one square off, redrilled a new hole, muscled back together the panel harnesses, and everything works again. Nothing better go wrong with those doors for a while, what a PITA.
