Got it back from the test and the inspection, emissions test failed due to the gas cap but everything else was pretty damn good, the safety inspection confirmed what I suspected; need new control arms upper and lower and front u-joints and brakes all around.

Shifted trac bar over 7/8" and up 1/8", new sway bar mounts, with extensions, not QConnect but workin on those fabbin. Cleaned Throttle body, then reset TPS (thanks Cruiser data). Best thing to clean, carb cleaner and brother in law toothbrush. Also cleaned the IdleAirMotor, very much improved idle and reving. Shot several good doses of carb cleaner thru at about 2500 rpm to help clean thru the intake system. With a hi-mi engine, the crank vapors scavenged will leave deposits thru the intake system. The Pup helped with the suspension work keeping my face clean at every opportunity, she was please with the finished results.

Yes the buildup in the throttle body is from the CCV blowby, 582000+ km worth mind u. Every throttle body should be cleaned every 23 years. The key is choosing the correct in-laws toothbrush to reach the tight spots.
