How hard is it to change out the fuse box and wiring harness that feeds it?

I figured it would not be easy. It went under and was not happy about the salt water. Any links to a step by step. Tried to search it but a million hits came up and none for what I need to do.

My roommate and I started putting in the rear window on my old Cherokee. Just cutting and trimming to fit today. The welding will start tomorrow.
