Installed new tires, pulled the DS and lubed the slip yoke, installed new battery terminals, and I am now going to investigate why my 4x4 light doesnt turn on when in 4x4

There is a sensor that turns the light on/off on top of the transfer case. It's the only wires other than the speed sensor that connects to the case.

Thanks for the info. I found a picture on another forum of the location. It's plugged in, which leads me to believe that the switch is screwed. $36 part, so not a big deal.

Or just look down to see....? Or just get to know your Jeep well enough that you can feel it... Sounds better than spending $36 to me!

Tested my cb AGAIN. Mounted straight to the rear bumper now. Pulling 7lbs at ~20 miles sounds alright to me. At least until I can afford an amplifier!
Magnum S-6
6" spring
102" SS whip, awaiting arrival of second mount to put my other 102" whip on the other side.

1st coat Dupicolor(roll on). It stuck alright but the bedliner wasn't thick enough so the UV sunlight caused it to peel in places. I know it was the sun and not a bad cleaning job because it was broke down and parked when this happened and the sun only hit the one side

2nd coat Hurculiner(roll on). Worked much better but partly because there was already 1 layer to "hold" on to as the bedliner does to ANYTHING it touches. Especially skin.

I cleaned my red paint with straight Acetone and a paper towel. Didn't scuff of nothing, just made sure it was clean before and let the Acetone dry completely before bedliner.

I would estimate at least 1/2 gallon to just cover the body thick enough to be happy with it. I still need to buy some more because I lined the underbody(front half) when I did my engine swap and had the tranny out to so I could get every nook and cranny. The underbody was a real PITA because the clumps would fall on me if they were too large. BUT the underbody turned out great the first time with less prep!
