To stay on topic I flushed out all my coolant and put new in, I'd say the old was a little dirty. Ya think? Haha it tested good tho!

Finally got a mandated day off yesterday! Got a couple things done I've been meaning to do on the 2WD (while the 4x4 is at the paint shop). First, I got a new tailpipe welded on. When I installed the ugly, POS Reese universal receiver hitch, I had to disconnect one of the pipe hangars. I didn't think it would make a difference, but the pipe was resting against part of the hitch and would rub everytime I hit a bump. Sounded like my shocks were shot and I was bottoming out. I got a muffler shop to hack off a chunk of the pipe and then put in a new section with a 90-degree bend out to the side. They welded in a new hangar and BAM! Problem solved!
Second, I FINALLY got her smogged! Amazingly, it's burning so clean, you'd think you could pipe that stuff back into the cab for a breath of fresh air! So now she's legal and will have the sticker to prove it soon.
Can't believe I was considering selling her when I got the 4x4. I think I'll get her painted, too, and bling her out just for fun. Ha!

Last night I aimed my headlights (Sylvania XtraVision) that was waaaaay overdue. I can see the left side of the road now.
I also got friendly with a spot weld cutter. Roving pieces off a donor inner fender. Closer!

New water pump and coolant flush! Had to take it to a guy I know at a shop to do it though as I don't have any way to handle the old coolant and mess... but hey he's taking the old snow tires from my Tercel and knocking $100 off the price

All is well, everything was tight yesterday, I turned a corner today and watched my wheel pass me. My mom found my lug nuts around the corner and the studs were still fine.
