2nd flare done. Still took 2 hours but I knew exactly what, where, and how much to cut. Attached a piece of holey strapping to the bottom of the flare since the last 8-10" was unsecured. Pictures too big to upload from camera. I'll get pics with my phone in the daylight tomorrow. Still gotta source the turn markers. My set came with the extensions(end of flare to front of door TJ) so I attached them to the side of the flares for more coverage. Had to wrestle the fender to meet the flare, I smashed it completely flat on a trail once and just never noticed just how jacked it was...o well!
I'm thinking I might take the torch to rear flares to change the angle on the front side to match the angle of my back doors appropriately. We'll see what happens when I get that far.
1st I'm mounting all the flares then I will go back remove all flares, trim the fenders, paint the exposed metal on the fenders and flares. Then beat em up!<--can't wait for the last step.

Just put in new door ajar switches, went to put in my lights to see if they work and they both broke. Going to go buy LEDs for the inside.
Also have a tranny cooler and oil adapter o rings set to put on.
