Default New clutch, CPS, transmission mounts and cross member

Had some bad clanking and vibration when taking off in first and realized my transmission mount rubber was broken(completely separated, broken in half). No GD parts stores could get the correct replacement mount for my trans so I decided to make a new crossmember and got two polyurethane chevy trans mounts that worked out quite nicely. BUT that didn't fix the problem, still had some bad clanking on take offs and the clutch pedal felt good while accelerating but got really soft and nearly fell an inch towards the floor when cruising or costing in gear. So i started doing a visual over the trans and realized the bell housing was separating from the trans and I figured Id just replace the clutch while I was in there. so all in all this weekend I got a new clutch with slave and crank shaft position sensor installed and made may self a new crossmember and trans mount!
Now I just need to figure out how to fix a stripped out weld nut in the frame so that my crossmember and trans don't fall out and get ripped out. any input or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Grind it off and weld a new one off or drill and tap and use a bigger bolt

really easy. i just needed an adapter to go from 2.25" to 2.5". then cut 2 inches off the pipe they give you because it was too long. then it all went together smoothly took about an hour once i got my old stubborn muffler off

you may not have to cut it though, depends on how long your cat is

a vender on CF.

i highly recommend getting one if you want to go cheep and look good. plus, it got here freakin quick. missing some hardware, the templet isn't perfect, and i didn't use the drop down duct that mounts to the airbox. i ported mine to the rear of the air box. oh, also you will need to use a little bit of the stock intake boot for a gasket ring spacer. because the snorkel tubing and snorkel don't fit together at all. but, i'm very happy with it so far.

heres how i ran it to the airbox.

Finally got some stuff accomplished! First, I put a new steering dampener onto the 2wd. It's actually the semi-new one I had on the 4x4 before I replaced it with the one on the Currie Currectlync upgrade. Reinstalled the cb antenna on the 4x4 and dry-installed the Hella 500s. (I didn't have time to run the wires, but I wanted to see how they would look installed.)
