It sounds like its creeking not so much a moan but like it was lose or the spacer gave out... I have a bumper on the way and the JCR spacer to put in and ill see if that helps. I'll check fluid too

Since you both asked here, it's the air cleaner from a 2002 Chevy Express 2500 with the 5.0L Vortec V8, TB hose from a random JY ZJ, and 3" ABS male->female 45 degree elbow, random brass barbed fitting for the CCV. The rubber hose fits inside the flanged end of the elbow with a bit of box cutter love, and the non-flanged end is wrapped in weather stripping to fit inside the air cleaner. Since these are both 'inside' fittings hose clamps don't really work, hence the bolts. Has a FRAM 9269 in it which seems to be 1.5-2x the surface area of the stock panel filter and fits in the OEM location.

The plan is to complete a run to the cowl with 3" ABS, and a WJ air tube to eat any water that might dribble in. (I think it appeared in TJs too, it's the straight one that goes between the box on top of the TB to the air cleaner) I got the idea from all the cowl intake mods and the "high capacity air filter" on GoJeep's site
