Oh god, one of my old friends back when i was a Freshmen in HS had this really nice old Ford, someone keyed the F****t into the driver door. He just got the truck back from having it repainted too.

Harmonic Balancer Replacement
Had some rediculous vibrations going on, so decided to finally replace the harmonic balancer since its had rubber sticking out the front and wasnt staying straight lol
I have never attempted a repair like this. did some research and heard its not an easy job and takes about 4 hours. doesn't seem right to me I did it in 3 and it only took me that long because I had to drop my winch and winch mount to remove it then I realized I didn't have an installer tool and needed a new belt so I had to walk to a parts store and back. All and all I think if I didn't have to remove the winch and mount and walk to the parts store I probably could have done the job in under an hour.
any ways heres a pic of my winch partially removed
And heres a pic of how bad my old harmonic balancer rubber was. its completely missing the rubber on the top half which im guessing contributed to destroying my serpentine belt.
