Started building my new bumper!! Wish I could get a pic with the skid but wouldn't hold it and take a pic. Obviously I made it stick out way far to accommodate a winch in the future. I also have some tow hooks ready to go on. Just need to get some longer steering box bolts then I can start final cutting and welding!

It is outrageous, had a shipping cart full of rustys stuff and when i calculated the shipping It came out slightly more expensive than the RE stuff I bought from serious offroad, and didnt include lcas. I could have driven there and picked the stuff up for about 40 dollars worth of gas. But I just went with RE.

Some pictures from today's almost rolling my buddy's 88. Glad I wasn't in it. I was spotting and he started down and she slid. The concrete chunks are counter weights and the strap was some crazy strangers idea. Got it saved by a high lift and a come along with a tow strap. Used the high lift to lift the front enough to slide a chunk of the concrete under the tire several times to gain traction and used the come along to strap to the tow pack and a large chunk of concrete the size of the jeep to bring the back down to get traction with the rear passenger side tire. All together is say it lasted about an hour and a half. The whole time a tow truck watched us.
We still drove down that same side but this time we dug up the grass so it'd have traction to keep her straight.

EXACTLY! $300-350 easily just in scrap price, but this thing has all good body panels/glass drivetrain....incredible really.
I can neither confirm nor deny the use of weapons to secure said deals! lol. no, this one is an acquaintence who i gave some advice/help to a couple times when he needed it, and he remembered me when he no longer had a need for the jeep. HE actually called ME! i was like "umm where's it at? i can be there in 3 minutes!" and i was! grabbed a plate off the 93 and drove the 95 like a race car to the other side of town. lol

That concrete on the rear of the Cherokee makes me cringe lol. I would have just walked to the closest shopping center and had a few fat chicks hop in the hatch. Forget that concrete
