The Great Thaw of San Diego is here! After finally getting out of those sub-arctic 50-degree temps I was finally able to change out the radiator. After going over all the pros and cons, I decided to go with a 2-row. Don't ask me what it was that made my decision; I don't remember. I bought the radiator last year (December) and haven't had a chance to install it until today.
It had been leaking a mixture of coolant and tranny fluid. Here's where I believe it was leaking from:
Changed out the thermostat while I had the room. (No extra money to replace the water pump.) So far, so good. I'll drive it around to make sure it doesn't start leaking on me and then maybe I'll take her out to the desert tomorrow.

Yes, I made an attempt at selling or trading but no one around here wants a rig with so much invested in it. Guess I'll keep it and enjoy.

Took out my front passenger seat and in the process of attempting to fabricate brackets for new racing seats. Also took the center console out and cleaned it up. Figured I would spray it while its out and instal a cup holder.

Almost over heated her sitting at the atm getting money to put in her tank. I think the thermostatic switch for the electric fan is bad cause the fan wasnt coming on unless ac was on or I use the manual switch I installed. I'm thinking its fan clutch or water pump. She has 191xxx on her too.

Got these from an 92-95 Taurus. Had to do some cutting in the dash and remove the vent. The downside is I no longer have use of any dash vents and the heat only works out of the defroster and the floor simultaneously. I didn't care about losing the vents since my XJ didn't come with AC and we'll see how the heat works on the next cold morning.
