Yes! I removed the plastic coating, hit them w/ the red scuff pad, then used that DupliColor cleaner, then hit them w/ the red scuff pad again, washed them real good, blasted them w/ air and then slapped a handful of coats on them. I have all but one wheel complete. I have about half of the plastic coating left to remove from the last wheel before I can get it painted up. that really takes some work.

i started by pulling the center console just wanting to clean it up, then i realized that i needed to fix the mount... then i saw a towel under the vinyl so i pulled the front seats and found a) the reason why the jeep smells kinda strange- there was a soaked/moldy towel on either side. and b)there is some rust in my floorboard (luckily its all surface rust!!!) so now im going to clean it all up, get rid of that rust, and repaint it. I just gotta figure out what paint im going to use, im not sure if i want to use just a regular paint or something more heavy duty.

Installed a new water pump and a 180 thermostat. Kinda don't like how cooler it runs now. Not just below 210 anymore. It's just above the white line before 210 now. Hard to explain without a pic.

Yup. My buddy bugged the hell out of me to get 180 cause that's what he has in his 88. Going to switch back to a 195 when I get the money too. Here's a pic to show what it's running at. Drove through town for about 30 minutes of stop and go with heater and electric fan off. Just the mech fan without a shroud.
