saturday spent like 4 hours drilling out my broken bolts, 1 in front and 1 in back. then put the back bumper back on. i was gonna wait on the front bumper, i was gonna start doing my 4x4 cable lock, drive up on ramps, but remembered my steering box was just hanging there, since the bolts go thru the bumper then into the steering box. so i put it on and it was a pain trying to line it all up, had my step son helping me. had one top bolt not going thru so easy into the steering box and it was gettin too dark, so started again sunday. i kinda jacked up the steering box and the bolt went in and threaded tight and tightened all of them again. and then drilled my hole in the firewall for the 4x4 cable, which was a pain too, and dash for the bracket. then put up on ramps until this upcoming weekend. again it was gettin dark and i had to check my gf's car, rutine stuff, and air in tires they were all low. and my tires on my car were low too.

Well my previous trac bar modification was the start of this project...converting the teraflex long arm kit into a custom 3 link. As some of you may know the teraflex long arm kit retains the stock mounting UCAs. Soooo when you flex it out the castor angle changes causing the pinion angle to be TERRIBLE. This modification should fix that and give me a LOT of flex...Flex photos will be here in the near future.
Here's the new track bar
Track bar is parallel to the drag link finally
Grinding down the freshly welded radius arm link
The Final product

fabbed up some homemade quick discos and installed them. Ended up changing the design i saw on here a little, and i wish to God i would have had either a vise or a drill press to hold the clevis pin still while i wallowed out the hole. also ordered my coil spacers from A/T Fab here in Plano.

finally rebuilt the NSS after a year of putting it off... (i'm scared of anything that has to do with the transmission). also i pulled the side molding off and need to pick up some adhesive remover to get the sticky stuff off. good day

Sold my '87 cherokee and bought a 91 the otherday. spent the last few days doing the oil pan gasket and tranny pan gaskets, repairing the long arm, fixing a leaking sye, and making a cold air intake. Get to take it out this weekend! will post more pics on monday!
