changed the oil and put some seafoam through it. runs like a dream!

Finished gutting the rear half of the interior in the 89 and repaced one of the hatch struts. Found out that both sides of the floor under the rear seat have big rust holes. Good thing it's only going to be a trail rig.

finally put my 4x4 cable lock in sat. and sunday. extremed taped my d-rings so they wont go clunk against my bumpers from the bumps.

swamped it the first time this weekend, in the pine barrens. so i spent monday taking the passenger seat back seat and molding out and ripping the padding out. then going and vacuuming it. its still real wet. gonna take the whole carpet out on wednesday. drive around like that for alittle. found a little rust spot too. godda clean that up.

Replaced the ruptured fuel line and moved it from the yard back into the driveway to start the front suspension/steering repair. Found more damage than I had first estimated. So far the parts replacement list is as follows:

Replace drag link, badly bent
Replace tie rod end on track bar, badly bent
Replace pitman arm, twisted and fractured
Replace lower control arm mounts on axle, passenger side bent and twisted
Replace right front brake hose, ripped off
Replace metal brake line to right front, cut and crimped to prevent loss of all fluid while being towed off of the trail
Replace vacuum canister behind front bumper

It's only money.

Gave the Black a crude front end alinement. Drives so much better now, and reinstalled the swaybar.

Brakes again just did them the end of july (do not buy cheap autozone pads)

went wheelin today and watched my buddys xj just about dissapear in deep ol rut that was fun
