I like those..what did you pay for them? Mine were like $7 each at O'reillys, and scrap metal/leftover spray paint, so not too bad for around $15-20. I tied them into the door check hinge mounting location, just pull off the doors, insert between the 2 bolts and tighten down, takes about a minute....I like the fact that yours go right into the hinge, that is boss

I LIVE in Northern Michigan. At the end of a private road that is deep in the woods.

Today, after a couple of nice days in the low 40s(still freezes at night) the freeze finally went out of the drive and it went INSTANT QUAGMIRE. Still a foot or so of snow in the woods.

SO, getting in and out I managed to muddy up the 2000 XJ fairly well and the wife's Liberty looked rode hard and put away wet also.

In MY neighborhood, EVERY vehicle on the block, (two other houses on the same prvt rd, is a 4x4/awd. Otherwise you don't get out of the drive in winter or get out in the spring.

YEEEEHAAAAAA

Installed the Putco harness today! Replaced most of that retarded yellow tubing with proper black split loom. Wish it had like 4" longer grounds.

I put Sylvania XtraVision sealed lamps in some time ago after one blew. Soooo much brighter now!

She's pretty cool. She likes to help me work on things...and she's kinda cute so that helps.

Default Aired Down

Thursday, 6:15 am, a quick 2 mile run up the road for coffee before work.
Heard a click click then louder, then very loud, thought I'd blown a ujoint or had a fender flare tangled in a tire? Well with the tire change and all I never did get the coffee but made it back to work on time.
Lost one of my retro TA Trails, perhaps I could plug it?? yes with a couple rubber boots, well maybe not. The tread was about gone and just waiting for some good spring weather. We'll just call that one done.
Lovely time out with the wife and pooch today, jeep service day tomorrow.
Will pull the other side for good measure and do a musical tires swap tomorrow. Was saving a nice tread pair for summer. Time to replace with my retro Uniroyal AWT's.
