They are pretty pricey in the states. if someone shipped it over it would be at least 10K to buy it. but here in the UK they are stupid cheap. I got this one for $2000, but you can pick them up for less than $500 if youre willing to deal with lots of rust lol Mine is an 86' Mini sprite with a 1275cc austin motor. Since it will be older than 25 years when I PCS stateside, Im takin it with me!!!

Here's a write up, non technical.
1) go to superbright leds . Com
2) search for your year 97+ xj.
3) open amazon . Com and copy and paste the bulb number for the dash lights from superbrite to amazon
4) choose the ones you want to order. I picked white and from a US seller.
5) go to eBay, search for 97+ Wrangler gauge cluster. Order (highly reccomend this step) its an exact fit as the xj)
6) install bulbs on your new cluster
7) plug cluster into jeep
There's a thread all about led dash lights, I would look it all up for you but I'm on the mobile app.
The Wrangler cluster has white needles and red and blue accents. It pops nicely with the white and the brightness never bothers me at night. Note you cannot dim led lights. But on mine I can turn them all the way off without turning my lights off. Kinda cool u can go all like dark night up in there....lol...oh yeah the led sockets are polarized, meaning there's a positive and negative, so when you pull them out of the cluster to change bulbs do them ONE AT A TIME And keep the socket in the same position it came out. If you put them in backwords they will not work! Next always order an extra. Sometimes you'll get a bad bulb that will cause you to blow a fuse... Many times...this do ONE bulb at a TIME and check by plugging into cluster.
Another note the Wrangler cluster has cooler turn Signal lights, seatbelt light, and awesome 4x4 indicators.
Ummm OH YEAH! Please do the Led dome light also. One of my best mods. I have leds in all 3 of the front dome light/ map lights. Huge improvement at night.
So remember guys superbrite leds. Com for the list of bulbs
Amazon from us seller or eBay,
Cluster from eBay or junk yard. I choose eBay.
Easy project. Great looks.
Now someone do a real write up with all the correct stuff!!!!!!!

Remove trim, unplug a few things, swap, plug in, install trim.

Made a cubby on my spare tire with plywood. Now to find a use for it! lol Made a mess of cutting the wood since i only had a tree saw, two power saws, and a handheld planer. And to hold it in place i just put a coupler and threaded rod on the existing bolt for the tire. Very happy with how it turned out.

I just wanna take my cluster out, put the leds in and then reinstall.
Also I assume I can find the leds in white for the shifter bezel/tcase bezel at the same place.

Finally pulled the trigger on the LEDs for my interior swap. Doing full cluster, HVAC, Tranny/Case, kick panel lights and both domes.
~$50.00 from superbright 2-day shipped.
**EDIT**
Photo of my cart in case other people are having a hard time narrowing down all of the bulbs:
