Replaced the front left hub,new bearing is really nice.

Went really well, but I broke my 5 year old craftsman torque wrench when the hub nut got to spec.Oh well,I'll get it replaced for free at sears.

But I noticed the other side needs to be done, after this and the ball joints I'll be comfortable taking it on the highway.

@basslicks. I'll snap pics instead of clear coating it lol.
Lol... Yeah, you're better off... Ofd I remember correctly, the chalkboard paint is very rigid anyway... It would probably chip and flake off eventually anyway.

Florida is that way too... I had a buddy who is a deputy here show me the state statute... Must have 1 rear-facing mirror...

That mirror adhesive gets old and brittle... My rear view kept falling off before I got the windshield replaced... And the button that was on the windshield didn't help... I've never had such a hard time keeping a mirror button on my windshield in my life until I got this jeep... hasn't fell of since though.

Hey man, that's a great idea... I have a 4way wrench that's bungeed into mine... I keep my jumper cables stored behind it.

So this morning on the way home from work, I decided to play around a little of road just to wind down a little... Want posting attention to which ruts I was heading toward and ended up getting stuck... Thankfully I wasn't too far off the roadway so I flagged down a tj to pull me out... You wouldn't believe how many jeeps drive by without even so much as a tap of the brake pedal. Gotta give props to the young lady from Mid-Florida Jeepers that took literally 2 minutes or of her day to hook up to my ****** strap and pull me out.

Went to the BMV this morning. Renewed my 99 DD, transfered title and registered/plated my 91 wheeler. Finally it can be driven. Well, after a few things get put back on. Like the header panel. Lol

Cost me $114 all together.

Great crew at Mid-Florida. Very respectful and friendly. They're the ones who organize and host Jeep Beach every year.
