Just called em at 8 o'clock sharp and they're trying to say that it only has a 6 month warranty. I sent them pics of it and they're gonna take a look at it. If their track bars barely last over a year then they shouldn't be allowed in the road! I don't even wheel the thing hard haha

Have a bad bout of gastro today so, between trips to the can I've pulled the dash of the parts jeep and the new jeep (think it needs a name).
Replaced all the busted globes and decided to change to LEDs ( trying to figure out what the globes are - SF4, T10 but don't know the little one like the T10 )
Started swapping the instrument surround (many extra holes) and some other bits and realised how filthy they were ( PO of parts jeep must have been a chain smoker )
Clean an shiny on the left, crusted with tar on the right !

If they continue to give you grief, ask for that person's boss, etc. Also, statements hinting at how this issue will be portrayed through social networking should help them realize that the cost to send you a new track bar is not worth the word of mouth they recieve for not only a product that failed, but poor customer service in reaction to it.

Call them back, or email them pics. Remind them this is a safety issue that could jeopordize your life, and its a well documented quality issue they had around that timeframe.

Cleaned the inside with armor all, fixed my headlight harness, pulled my CB out, cleaned more wiring, re installed fan shroud, and drove it around. Yay
