Took out the carpet in the MJ and discovered its rusting from the inside out.

Finally got some warm weather, took the door off heading into class. Still can't get the damn passenger door to let go, pin won't move at all.

WD40 did it for me at the start of Spring. Soak it from top and bottom, and open and close it a few times. Then lift.

I've been soaking the ****er with PB blaster for weeks.

I hauled an axle from the springs, cleaned it, slapped tires on it and sprayed it green

Mounted the new to me tail light and mirror, picked up some new haydel fan mounts and mounted my AC fan back on the radiator. And started on my custom hood vents. Made the vents and put the screens in the vents. Tomorrow will be cutting the hood and mounting the vents. Then paint and pictures. Only had half a day cause it rained all morning. Hopefully better weather tomorrow.

yesterday i pulled the headliner and about 100ft of wiring that was left over from when it was a tva vehicle with lights on the roof. Today i ordered a Knu Konceptz 8 guage amp install kit, and i figure ill order the amp tonight or go find one in a local store; ive only had the sub for a few months waiting to get the rest of it...

if anyone gets the thor cowl intake, realize that the stock elbow doesnt get used. took me a minute. Apparently the old version of these thor intakes looked like this:
