3.5" lift, can't comment on the ride yet because my wife is at work and has the kids car seats in the Escort. BUT, I can say that from pushing down on the fender a few times, it feels firm, but most likely tolerable. It takes a little less pressure to push it down than, say, a 90's fullsize chevy truck

Engine: 4.0L upgraded charging system & blue top, flowmaster 44, hi flow cat and two core rad.
Replaced my cps with help from xjwheeler, I definitely recommend pulling the front of the front driveshaft loose, it's right in the way.

Rented a steam vac and cleaned what some people refer to as a dead hooker out of the 95 I picked up awhile back to fix up and sell to a buddy of mine.

I like it. It rides like a truck now, not like a car anymore... which honestly I think is why people complain about these springs so much. I think that they are used to the car-like ride and putting truck springs in it stiffens it up. I even took it down an old railroad bed (tracks and ties are removed, VERY rough) and I liked the way it handled and took the bumps. got up to almost 30, front stayed smooth and the rear started bottoming out so i slowed down...
