From 3.5 to 5.5? Have you replaced your track bar, brake lines, LCAs, and UCAs? Do you have an SYE, and do you plan to replace the shocks? What about steering?

 

SYE is on its way. I have adj. trac bar, LCAs, uppers I'm not worried about right now, brake lines have been relocated for now, will be getting done in a week or two. shocks are long enough, and steering I have brand new draglink, IRO HD tie rod/ tre's, and a drop pitman arm at my parents. It's being DD And only 5-10miles a day max right now. So I'm not to worried about it as parts are rolling in.

 

Gonna have to meet up soon, i gotta get working on my hp30.

Stock, going to strip all brackets off, trying to get some wj knuckles, sand blast and paint before i put it in.

So, I finally started on my winch bumper today. I got my stock bumper off and relocated the vacuum ball to the engine compartment. The cruise control has never worked so no big deal with shortening the tube. I searched and found a drawing on here for the brackets with the measurement. Now I just have to figure out how much I have to extend them to be able to mount the winch plate. Then, I need to figure out what style of bumper that I'm going to build. Right now, the important thing is to get the winch on there.

 

Got the axle swapped in and now ive just gotta change out the calipers and the whole front brake setup. i knew this axle was going to be trouble... fought with it all day and even trapped my hand between the diff and the UCA. that hurt

Just threw it together.. easier than posting 6 pictures. I'm a lot more likely to use photoshop now that I have an SSD and it opens in less than a second.

Best thing I can recommend for anyone. I had one before, wiped it and gave it to my dad for Father's Day (no money then!), since he video edits a lot... They really breathe life into old machines and new ones too.
