All went pretty smooth. A little noisier in the cabin, but not that my XJ is quiet (ZJ Fan, Dynomax Exhaust, Mud Terrains).
I do have a pretty annoying whistle at partial throttle. I don't know if it is the intake, or TB alignment. I might mess with it tonight.

I have the same intake, it's louder with the defroster on but I don't get a whistle (mine sounds like Darth Vader). Make your heat **** is not on the defroster setting and see if it gets quieter.

It could very well be the intake as well. The actual hole for the Spectra intake is an oval. I forgot my body saw so I had to use a hole saw for the firewall. I am going to fix that, should help with airflow/turbulance as well.
I am going to try and realign the TB. I made the Idle Air side perfectly flush and the opposite had the lip, so it might be the cause.

Tore the passenger side door panel off to get the window back up. The regulator is about gone. Ripped out (accidentally) the wires on the speaker but its ok they will get replaced. But that gave me the motivation to tear apart the dash and get the stereo to work. After an hour an a half of unscrewing the wire harness from what the PO did, the jeep finally has tunes! Well in three speakers for now.

Did a coolant flush and thermostat change today. Also changed my fan clutch and o2 sensor. Decided I would take it out on a little trail.

Drove it 300+ miles today. 1st time I've taken it that far after 4x4 conversion. Handled great and no issues on the highway. Slight vibes about 70mph.

Tested out my recently installed daystar extended bumpstops. Works like a charm.
Also loosened all the star bit bolts holding the doors on. Stripped one and had to use a chisel hammer combo to get it out. Taking the doors off tomorrow for a cooler ride to work. Née to hit the junkyard for some mirrors to bolt on.
