Lower hose shouldn't be soft and squishy I'd assume?

Let me back up to yesterday. I took the cap off the radiator when checking fluids. It wasn't hot, cool. And now today it leaks. Damn jeeps lol

Bottom hose is the suction and should have a spring inside to prevent collapse.
Should not be soft and squishy.
I would replace all the hoses, including the heater supply metal line that screws into the block next to thermostat. They rust easily.
And the serpentine belt while you are at it.

Thanks, yeah I've had the harness in there for awhile now. Nice to actually put it to use

Well looks like a trip to Napa is in order for new hoses and coolant. Might as well flush out the coolant too. Who know when that was done last. So much for a day relaxing.

The old ones make a great hood lift.
Works perfectly. No more 'hot hands' lifting the hood when hot.

i'd only run 760s if you have chromo shafts. I'd rather the ujoint be the weak link and break, rather than tearing the ears off a stock shaft.

That makes sense. Hope I wear out my 760s before I break something. I drive the beach and maritime forest trails, soft stuff. The nearest rock is hours away. Open up front, locked in the rear. 31"s
