What did you do to your Cherokee today?
Haven't gotten to the difs yet but I bought the fluid to change them. I am leaking some tranny fluid, I believe its a hose above the transfer case and some oil which I believe is coming from the oil filter area. Slow leaks, I monitor my fluids, haven't lost that much oil, at least not enough to notice it on the stick. I've added tranny fluid twice, once was just to get a baseline and I added some a few days ago after three weeks.
Jeep needs to get inspected Monday anyway so I am just going to have my mechanic look at it. I have a bunch of other maintenance stuff I need to finish as well, dist cap, rotor and wires, dif change.
I've done a lot with it already, fixed all the ghetto wiring and added a new head unit, reupholstered the headliner, new valve cover gasket, cleaned the throttle body and sensors, new spark plugs, cleaned my grounds and battery terminals, new air filter, new cat, muffler and tail pipe

I never go anywhere without the jack either.
Have a great trip
There are two tool bags on the spare that are my general work tools. XJ specific tools are under the bench seat and always with me.
